The Wazobia Linux™ partnership program is designed to encourage, recognize and endorse Wazobia Linux™ expertise and commercial initiatives. It is structured to foster a healthy ecosystem surrounding Wazobia Linux™, to highlight those companies with certified expertise in Wazobia Linux™ and a deeper relationship to Leapsoft.
SUPPORT LEVELS
The program offers three progressive levels of partnership based on a points system that rewards certified technical expertise, commercial initiative and services offered. The scoring criteria are defined in the next section. Partner levels are:
• Bronze: Wazobia Linux™ Affiliate
• Silver: Wazobia Linux™ Partner
• Gold: Wazobia Linux™ Gold Partner
All levels of partnership entitle members to use a specific Wazobia Linux™ partner logo, and a preferred listing in the Wazobia Linux™ support page. Additional benefits are available at each partnership level. For example, at the Partner and Gold Partner level, we will share leads for business opportunities that match your skills and geographic focus with your organisation. Details of each level are described below. Each of the partnership tiers requires the partner to have a specific number of Partner Points, earned by certifying internal skills, or actual contribution to the Wazobia Linux™ project.
Affiliates
The Wazobia Linux™ Affiliate program is designed to recognize organizations in Africa that have taken steps to certify the Wazobia Linux™ skills of their developers and support staff. These companies are likely to be able to resolve typical installation and deployment issues that may arise, and handle desktop support for end users of Wazobia Linux™.
Partners
Wazobia Linux™ Partners are organizations which have demonstrated a higher level of Wazobia Linux™ expertise and which have a commercial relationship with Leapsoft. Wazobia Linux™ Partners participate in Support and Training services for Wazobia Linux™ and are able offer Wazobia Linux™ as Products to clients on the behalf of Leapsoft. Typically, they are companies that consider Wazobia Linux™ to be a key part of their business strategy.
Gold Partners
Wazobia Linux™ Gold Partners are the highest tier in our partnership program. This status is awarded to organizations which have extensive Wazobia Linux™ expertise, demonstrated over a wide range of activities. They have a significant number of developers and support personnel with certified Wazobia Linux™ skills and are able to address complex technical issues around the deployment, customization and management of large networks of computers running Wazobia Linux™.
